Templates in Time respects the privacy of our visitors and customers. When you order a template or a custom design, your name, email address, date and the template name are forwarded to us. This information is kept only on my personal computer. No information is ever available to be sold or viewed by any parties.

Currently, we do not have the technology to screen information or data taken from individuals who are minors. Parents are urged to regularly monitor and supervise their children's online activities and purchases.

Through our shopping cart, your credit card number is encrypted and recorded on a separate secure server. The number is NEVER stored on our server or computer.

If you wish to order a template from us by check or money order, you are welcome to do so. Please contact us. As soon as your check clears the bank, we will email you and provide you with a download link.

Refunds & Returns

Templates are software and usually not refundable. Each template has a full "See it in Action" preview so you will see exactly what you will be purchasing. Please preview the template you plan to purchase prior to purchasing it. If you have questions about how the template works or if it will work for you, contact us before making the purchase. We will be happy to answer all questions about the template. You may send us an email describing your particular issue and we will contact you regarding our decision. We do not issue cash refunds. We will only issue credit in our store.

End User License Agreement

Please carefully read the following terms and conditions before purchasing any templates.

Your download and use of the template indicates your acceptance of the terms of this License Agreement. Templates in Time grants you the following license:

The download is limited to one download per template purchased. It is your responsibility to save the download file. Templates in Time is not responsible for providing replacement copies of any template package. If you have any problems when downloading your file, please contact us as soon as possible.

APPROVED USE: You may use your downloaded design on one web site. If the main graphical image is accompanied by a copyright symbol, this symbol may not be removed from the image. Graphics may not be removed from the template for other uses. The graphic copyright remains with the original designer. If you wish to purchase a graphic for other use, please check the image credit listed in each template for the photographer or you may contact us and we will send you the name of the designer/photographer.

SUPPORT: The templates are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. You may not alter the appearance of the template or any graphics except to add your own personal or business information. Modifications are at the sole risk of the user and Templates in Time does not guarantee the performance of any package which has been altered. You are responsible for adding or editing your website's content to the template. Technical support will be limited to problems specifically associated with the each template or custom design.

THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE: Your template package or custom design may contain elements that rely on additional third-party software that must be purchased separately. Swish/Flash animations require purchasing the program in order to make changes. We will note clearly which templates require an additional third-party software purchase. If you have an element in the template that relies on additional software, it may be removed and will not affect the performance of the template.

BROWSER ISSUES: We have tested our products in the latest versions of Internet Explorer, Netscape, Firefox and Opera. We make no warranties that performance will be identical in all browsers. If you are using a particular browser, please check out the template prior to purchase by viewing it in our "See it in Action" files.

RESTRICTIONS: Our templates, style sheets, and images may not be resold, distributed, or added to any type of collection. They may not be offered for download or use from any website nor placed online for promotional purposes. Each template must be used as supplied for its original intended purpose. Purchasing a template does not constitute ownership. Graphic copyright remains with the original designer. The term "graphic" applies to all theme and template images such as bullets, buttons, icons, images, etc.

All template packages are offered in good faith. The purchaser agrees not to hold Templates in Time, any third party vendor, or other selling agent liable for any loss of revenue, time, or other damages that might be incurred, directly or indirectly, through the use of any template package, or through any user's inability or lack of necessary knowledge to use any template designed by Templates in Time. It is the responsibility of the buyer to evaluate the completeness, quality and usefulness of any information or content contained within each template preview.
